Material
Believing in sourcing ethical leather we are committed to support and work with LWG certified tanneries and also motivating our neighborhood tanneries to take up LWG certification. We collaborate with tanneries from Kolkata, Chennai, Thailand and Italy depending on our client’s taste and requirements. We are working everyday towards efficient and speedy supply chain management. Knowing our duty towards the environment we are also venturing into making products out of recycled materials like nylon and cotton and researching on various plant based sustainable leathers.
We have a strong team which constantly sources different materials from all around Europe and Asia. We source our hardware and other materials from India and different countries like Japan, Italy, Hong Kong, China, Sri Lanka and so on
The hardware that we use are nickel free tested and certified.
Machinery
Although this industry is mostly labour intensive, but we have adapted to plenty of modern and latest technologies. When Man and machinery meets miracles happen. We are strengthened with modern Italian and German production equipment’s. We cater to a bouquet of leather products starting form leather bags to small leather goods and accessories. And our state-of-the-art-infrastructure houses the right kind of machinery to deliver excellence. Apart from regular machineries we also have specialized machineries like AutoCAD pattern cutting machines, computerized stitching machine, automated leather cutting machine, laser, machines, designer stud fixing and many more.
The co-dependence of each department along with the support of modern techniques and state of the art equipment, brings agility and speed in production making us swift and efficient, to process and deliver orders without fail.
Method
We have total of four manufacturing units producing varied range of goods starting from mens to ladies. We manufacture 80,000 pcs of small leather goods and 20,000 pcs of bags on an average every month. We have a dedicated team to ensure develop faster ways of production and delivering quality products.
The company is committed to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency in quality of the products, strictly conforming to applicable specification. We are constantly improving and upgrading ourselves based on customer feedback, market analysis, research and development and obtaining the required resources to better our products. This is achieved via thorough training of the personnels and by reviewing the suitability of the system aiming at continual improvement.
Manpower
We may be strong as individuals but together we are invincible. Our Company being in this industry for the last 23 years comprises of fantastic personnels of this industry who are experienced in sourcing, product development and merchandising. Our team consist of young professionals dedicated towards R&D and design both in India and in Spain. The team is continuously working towards creation of new deigns and feasibility of ideal production.
We have our socially compliant manufacturing units under SA 8000 & ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 certifications. We also have keen focus on women empowerment and sustainability.
